Terms & Conditions

1. The Soft Play Café does not accept responsibility for the supervision of your children and cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing in the soft play area.

2. Staff only supervise the correct use of the equipment and do not take responsibility for your children, nor are they a replacement for parental supervision. Please supervise your children at all times ensuring they are using the equipment correctly.

3. We recommend all children use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the soft play.

4. We ask that the children follow all rules of play for the equipment.

5. The recommended age for the Soft Play Café is up to 6 years of age, older children are allowed to take part.

6. We only allow 18 years and over to be classed as the supervisor of children within the play centre.

7. Feel free to take pictures of your children having fun. Although, we do ask that any pictures you take do not include anyone else’s children. Management reserves the right to ask you to delete any pictures we find inappropriate or to stop taking pictures all together.

8. Children who feel unwell must not use the play equipment.

9. If your child produces any bodily fluids whilst on site, please inform a member of staff immediately who can clean the area.

10. Please don’t allow your children to play in front of the slide exits.

11. There are to be no shoes to be worn in the soft play area by both children and adults. Socks must be worn at all times, if you’ve forgotten yours, you can purchase some from the café.

12. Long sleeves and trousers are recommended for safe play. Removal of all hard objects such as watches, or belt buckles is also recommended.

13. Please take care that money or valuable items do not fall out of pockets during play. If glasses are worn, slow down and take extra care.

14. There is a zero tolerance to food or drink within the soft play areas.

15. Please do not consume your own food or drink within our premises. You will be asked to put anything not bought on site away. Refusal to do so will result in you being required to leave the premises without a refund.

16. If any of your party have special dietary requirements, please let us know on entry. The Soft Play Café cannot guarantee any absence or traces of any allergens.

17. In the interest of Health & Safety please ensure that any food debris which falls on the floor is picked/wiped up as soon as possible. Report any spillage to a member of staff so they can clean this up straight away.

18. It is forbidden to smoke or vape inside the building.

19. Please inform us if you or your child has any sort of accident, however minor it may be. One of our team members will attend. This will be logged and is an important part of the on-going safety audits.

20. Nappy changing and the use of potties should be conducted in the baby changing areas. Place your nappies and wipes in the correct bin as indicated in the area.

21. Please leave all valuables at home. The Soft Play Café cannot accept liability for loss, theft or damage to personal items.

22. Lost property is kept at The Soft Play Café for one calendar month, after this time, if not claimed, lost property will be donated to charity or disposed of.

23. Management reserves the right to refuse entry at any time.

24. Fighting, disruptive or destructive behaviour will not be tolerated at The Soft Play Café, and you will be asked to leave.

25. In case of problems, please talk to the front of house manager or member of staff who can try to resolve your problem for you whilst you are at the cafe.

Party Rules
1. On the day of your party, we ask you not to arrive more than 20 minutes prior to your party booking. Please ask your guests to arrive at the designated party time. This is due to our strict time slots.

2. Please provide a list of names when you arrive, this allows us to make the entry for your party a lot quicker.

3. If parents choose to leave their child under your supervision it is your responsibility to obtain a contact number for their parent/guardian and the responsibility for that child is yours, not the responsibility of The Soft Play Café.

4. We ask that you ensure there is at least 1 adult on site for every 4 children in your party.

5. Every child is included in the limit of children, including siblings. Extra children not in the booking will be charged at the normal admission fee.

6. A non refundable deposit of 50% needs to be paid when booking to reserve the date and time. As a good will gesture, if you no longer can commit to the date and time originally booked, we will allow you to change your booking for a different date and time within a 6 month period, free of charge within 4 weeks of the booking date.

7. Your final payment will be made 4 weeks before the day of the party.

8. No other food or drink is permitted with the exception of a birthday cake.

9. When your party slot is over, please promptly gather your belongings and head towards the exit to allow the next party to commence.

We recommend the following Parking Locations all within 3 minute walk.
1. MORRISONS is 150 yards away, a 3 minute walk (UNLIMITED FREE PARKING)
2. Street Parking opposite on Twyning Road (FREE).
3. ALDI is 110 yards away, a 2 minute walk (TWO HOURS FREE PARKING)
